Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our platform, please notify our copyright agent with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information sufficient to permit us to locate the material

• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our copyright agent containing the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification

Repeat Infringers

Success Central maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Good Faith Requirement

Please note that submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability. We recommend consulting with a legal advisor before filing a notice or counter-notification.

Processing Time

We will review and process all valid DMCA notices within 2-3 business days. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it.

Success Central reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
