Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our copyright agent containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification
Repeat Infringers
Success Central maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
Good Faith Requirement
Please note that submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability. We recommend consulting with a legal advisor before filing a notice or counter-notification.
Processing Time
We will review and process all valid DMCA notices within 2-3 business days. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it.
